Improvement of the foreign trade procedures had been discussed in CCI RT

Dushanbe, January 25. (NIAT “Khovar”, P.Mahmadbekova).- “The issues of the foreign trade facilitation’s activity is an exclusive issue of economic transformations in Tajikistan”,- had declared the deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Larisa Kislyakova in the round table conducted in Dushanbe, at the beginning of this week.
At the round table were considered the issues of the project’s realized by the Unified Automated Information System’s Administration within the framework of the signed agreement between Tajikistan Government and Asian Development Bank, which from January 1 of the current year will cover all customs offices, located in Tajikistan’s territory.
In result of the taken measures for the liberalization of the foreign trade and minimization of non-tariff barriers are observing dynamic raise of the foreign trade turnover of Tajikistan. The integration in world economic system establishes welfare platform for the development of the foreign trade procedures and reduction of them in full compliance with international standards, by her words.
L. Kislyakova underlined, that main aim of the project’s realization by Unified Automated Information System’s of Customs service is interaction of country’s economic development, facilitation of the customs procedures, that may increase the volume of the foreign trade, the series of the foreign investments in Tajikistan. As had said the deputy Head of the non-tariff regulation and export control’s Department of the Customs service under the Government of RT Rizo Sodiqov during the project’s realization will be passed training of the electronic announcement for the customs service’s staffs, as well as in work with the Unified Automated Information System.
