1,2 million Euro to the support of “Single Window” implementation

Dushanbe, June 29. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Recently, the contract to project’s implementation of “Support to the creation of Single Window on export-import and transit procedures in Tajikistan” has been signed by European Union and Intrasoft International S.A. Company.

It is expected that in the framework of this contract will be designed and worked out the software “Single Window” in accordance with concrete technical tasks. The contractor will realize the system of the “Single Window” and puts it into action under the Sttae Unitary Enterprise “Center of the Single Window”, established under the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as in 15 other key organizations, including the government agencies and business intermediary. The contractor will equally responsible for the staff’s training of the State Unitary Enterprise of the “Center of Single Window” and other key organizations. Moreover it will present the description of the technical characteristic of the necessary equipment for “Single Window” to allow the EU Representation to conduct their tender in Tajikistan. The contractor should to ensure the visual representation of the project and be in contact with Interagency Coordinative Council organized and conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan, which carries out the general guidance and control over the implementation of Government's program for the implementation of "Single Window" for the export-import and transit procedures in the Republic of Tajikistan, according to the EU Representation in Tajikistan.
