Shareholders’ meeting of “Agroinvestbank”
Dushanbe, June 29. (NIAT “Khovar”).-
Recently, the total annual shareholders' meeting of JSC "Agroinvestbank" which was attended by members of the supervisory board, the board and major shareholders of the bank has been held in Dushanbe.
The Chairman of the bank Farrukh Taghoimurodov has presented a report on the outcomes of the financial activity of JSC "Agroinvestbank" for 2011.
Unanimous decision of the bank's shareholders was approved the annual financial report of "Agroinvestbank" in 2011, and the have been considered organizational and other issues on the agenda of the meeting on which were adopted the relevant decisions.
It should be noted that the general shareholders' meeting of the bank, again has approved the "Grant Thornton, Tajikistan" company - a member of Grant Thornton International Ltd as the auditor of JSC "Agroinvestbank" for 2012 fiscal year. . (Translated by M.Ismatova)
