Memorandum between State Committee on Investment of RT and Czech companies

Dushanbe, July 17. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Between the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan and company “FINARPA a.s.”, “PSP engerneinig”, “TESTER CR s.r.o” and “CKD blansko Engineering, a.s.” has been signed Memorandum on mutual understanding on July 14.

Memorandum has provided the agreement of sides on active cooperation for investment attraction and opening of credit lines for implementation of investment projects in sphere of industrial production and energy, including the construction of cement factories and hydropower plants.

During the meeting there was noted that the sides will make joint efforts for processing of necessary investment projects and representing them to consideration and approval of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and company “FINARPA a.s.”, which will take the financial support on implementation of these investment projects.

Memorandum has been signed between Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan Davlatali Saidov, Executive Director of company “FINARPA a.s.” Peter Sirochka, as well as the representatives of “CKD Blansko Engineering, a.s.” Milan Koudelka and “PSP Engineering a.s.” Vladimir Raek, according to the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan (Translated by M.Ismatova)
