National Day of Tajikistan in “EXPO-2012”

Dushanbe, July 18. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Official delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan headed by the First Deputy Prime-Minister of Tajikistan Matlubkhon Davlatov has attended EXPO-2012. The event began with a ceremonial rising of the flag of the Republic of Tajikistan in the center of the exhibition complex under the accords of the national hymn of Tajikistan.

On behalf of the Korean Republic the Commissar General of “EXPO-2012” Li Chjun Khi congratulated Tajik delegation on National Day of Tajikistan, and expressed gratitude for country’s contribution in development of EXPO-2012, calling Tajikistan’s pavilion one of the most interesting and visited, which greatly enriched the content of the World EXPO in Yeosu.

In his turn, M. Davlatov sincerely expressed gratitude to Organizing Committee of EXPO-2012, as well as to everyone who was involved in preparation of the National Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and stressed an important role of Tajik President Emomali Rahmon in consolidation of international efforts on water resources and sustainable development of human civilization.

In the framework of Tajikistan Day, has been conducted the meeting of the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sharif Said with the Mayor of Yeosu city Mr. Kim Ckhonsok, who appreciated the pavilion of Tajikistan. .(Translated by M.Ismatova)
