“Friendship Bridge” connects Tajikistan and American schoolchildren

Dushanbe, November 17. (NIAT “Khovar”, L.Dubinina).- “Friendship Bridge” so is called the project, worked out by initiative of the Educational Center “Multikid”. Within the framework of the project pupils learning English language in Center, and studying in school of Keda Li in Virginia State are exchanged by information with the Internet help.

Recently, the American pupils have spoken with initiative to get more knowledge about Tajikistan. With this aim Tajik pupils have prepared the presentation, in which spoke about the culture, traditions, national foods.


“Multikid” pupils, participating in the project, are recognizing that, the exchange of information between children is useful, because it allows to know more about the other countries, to get acquainted with lifestyle of peers and mainly to better learn the English language.

“It’s expected that, extension of this project will be educational exchange and “Bridge” will help to establish a serious cooperation between countries”, - has noted the public relations specialist of Educational Center “Multikid” Artem Geivandov. (Translated by M.Ismatova)
