The meeting of the Tajik Ambassador in Pakistan MFA

Dushanbe, January 10. (NIAT “Khovar”, P. Nazarov).-Tajik Ambassador in Islamic Republic of Pakistan Zubaidullo Zubaidov had met with Director of Department of member-countries of Economic Cooperation Organization and Central Asia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan Muhammad Aslam Khan.
The main theme of the discussion became the preparation to the Fifth Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan (RECCA-V), which will be conducted in Dushanbe, on March 26-27, 2012, according to the Department of Information, Press, Analysis and Foreign Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Ambassador noted that Conference is scheduled to conduct in the high level with participation of Foreign Ministers. According to him, Conference is challenged to corresponding of stabilization in Afghanistan and further economic development. Tajik diplomat also underlined that the participation of Foreign Minister and corresponding delegation of Islamic Republic of Pakistan would be necessary.
In his turn, the Department’s Director Muhammad Aslam Khan agreed with the suggestions of Ambassador. He stated that Pakistan is interested in positive decision of Afghanistan’s problem, establishment of peace and stability. In regard with this, by the Pakistani diplomat’s words, Pakistan will thoroughly support Tajikistan in conducting of Conference RECCA-V in Dushanbe, where the high-ranking delegation of countries will participate. The Director of the Department added that all countries of region and most of all Tajikistan and Pakistan must actively participate in solution of Afghanistan’s problems. (Translated by M.Ismatova)
