Emir of Qatar received Tajik Ambassador

Dushanbe, February 22. (NIAT “Khovar”).-
On February 20, Emir of Qatar State Hamad bin Khalifa al-Tani received Tajik Ambassador to Qatar (with residence in Pakistan) Zubaidullo Zubaidov.
Hamad bin Khalifa al-Tani with gratitude and satisfaction received invitation from Ambassador of Tajikistan on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, to arrive in Tajikistan with official visit.
In the course of the meeting was considered issue of conducting the Fifth Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan, noting that the particular importance of this Conference is reconstruction of Afghanistan, stressed that participation of Qatar delegation in this Forum is very necessary.
In continuation of negotiations Hamad bin Khalifa al-Tani noted, that in the presence of specific proposals by the Tajik side the State of Qatar is ready to invest in different spheres, including in rehabilitation of infrastructure.
Emir also declared that Qatari side is ready to open air services between the two countries and in this matter will help Tajikistan. (Translated by M.Ismatova)
