H.Zarifi’s meetings in Kabul

Dushanbe, June 18. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Tajik Minister of Foreign Minister hamrokhon Zarifi has met with UN Special representative on Afghanistan Jan Kubish, in Kabul, on June 14.

Tajik Foreign Minister H.Zarifi expressed gratitude to the preparation’s level for Kabul Conference of Foreign Ministers of “Heart of Asia” countries, which was held under interaction of the UN Mission on Afghanistan.

During the meeting the sides exchanged opinions on development of current situation, has being in region and Afghanistan.

As well, H.Zarifi has met with EU Special representative on Central Asia Pierre Morrel.

In the course of the meeting Pierre Morel has informed about the way of preparation to the next meeting of the Foreign Ministers of EU and central Asia.

H.Zarifi appreciated the current level of cooperation between Tajikistan and European Union and in detail informed his interlocutor about the situation in the region and country, according to the Department of Information, Press, Analysis and Foreign Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
