Protocol on accession of Tajikistan to WTO has been signed

Dushanbe, July 13. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Signing Ceremony of bilateral Protocol of agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and Dominican Republic on accession of Tajikistan to the World Trade Organization (WTO) has been held in the WTO headquarters in Geneva, on July 10.

This document has been signed by Ambassador, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan under the UN Office in Geneva Nasriddin Salohiddinov and Dominican Ambassador, Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic under WTO and other UN economic organizations in Geneva Luis Manuel.

Permanent Representative of Tajikistan in Geneva has held negotiations with representatives of other WTO-member states, as well as has planned in near future to agree the issue of Tajikistan accession to WTO with a number of other countries, the Department of Information, Press, Analysis and Foreign Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan reported.(Translated by M.Ismatova)
