20-anniversary of establishment of relations between EU and Tajikistan
Dushanbe, August 13. (NIAT “Khovar”).-
Conference devoted to 20-anniversary of establishment of bilateral relations between the European Union and Tajikistan is to be held in Dushanbe, on August 13.
Conference’s purpose is to inform the participants about the history of relations’ establishment and legal base, as well as promotions of scientists and researchers who contributed to the strengthening and development of bilateral relations between the European Union and Tajikistan.
It should be mentioned that the beginning of bilateral relations between the European Union and the Republic of Tajikistan has been established in 1992, when the office of TACIS program by EU’s financing for assist technical aid to CIS and Mongolia has been opened in Dushanbe.
EU in particular works through other international organizations and partners, accredited in Tajikistan such as UNDP, the Program of Security Productive, and Humanitarian Office of the European Union (HOEU).
NIAT “Khovar” has been reported at the Representation of EU in Tajikistan.
