Meeting of Tajik Ambassador with the Deputy Foreign Minister of Pakistan

Dushanbe, August 22. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

On 18 August, 2012 the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Pakistan Zubaidullo Zubaidov has met with the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Alamgir Babar.

During the meeting the sides have noted the importance of bilateral Tajik-Pakistani relations, including interaction in sphere of international relations, policy, economy, trade and hydro power.

A.Babar stressed that both states have all opportunities to develop fruitful mutual bilateral cooperation in various fields and it is necessary to direct all efforts for strengthening and developing of achieved results.

The parties with satisfaction stated that between law enforcement organs of two friendly countries has been established good working relation in fight against international terrorism and extremism.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Pakistan noted that as the results of visit of Tajik delegation headed by Chairman of Agency on State material reserve of Tajikistan nurahmad Ahmadov, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and other interested organs have been given by the corresponding orders on further development of trade relations and speedy realization of contracts for supply to Tajikistan certain food products.
