New appointments in the Security Council structures and in the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Tajikistan

Dushanbe, February 1. (NIAT “Khovar”).-The President Emomali Rahmon received a group of persons, who have been proposed for appointment in the leading positions in the structures of Security Council of the country, Ministry of the Interior (MI) and other agencies, at the end of last week.
After talk with the President four persons were appointed to the positions of senior advisors – directors of the divisions of the executive office of Security Council of the country for social, economic, defense and information security, forecasting and international relations, three persons – to the positions of the heads of departments of the MI for criminal investigation, inquest and maintenance of a public order. Moreover, the heads of departments of the interior (DI) of Farkhor, Qumsangir, Vakhsh, Baljuvon, Hissor and Shahrinav districts have been replaced.
Muhabbat Ibragimov was appointed the head of Mine Clearance Center.
In the course of the meeting Emomali Rahmon regretfully reminded about the undesired cases of offenses and criminal actions, committed by the staff of the law enforcement organs and called upon the newly appointed leading cadres to loyal service and conscientious fulfillment of their important tasks, uncompromising fight against criminality, ensuring security and stability in the society, proper education of cadres in their spheres.
