President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Truong congratulated Tajik President on the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations

President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Truong Tan Sang sent to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon a congratulatory message on the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Tajikistan, which reads in part:

“I am glad that over the past period the Republic of Tajikistan has achieved great success in construction and development of the country, improvement of life standards and permanent increase of position of its state in the region and the world.

I am confident that traditional friendly relations and mutually advantageous cooperation between Vietnam and Tajikistan, which have been strengthening consistently over the past 20 years, will further enhance in accordance with wish and interests of peoples of our countries.

I wish the Republic of Tajikistan prosperity and the people of Tajikistan – welfare.

I wish you, Mr. President, strong health and new successes in your high post”.
