Working visit of E.Rahmon to Yovon district of Khatlon region

Dushanbe, August 4. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Today, the President of the country Emomali Rahmon left for Yovon district of Khatlon region to get familiarized with indicators of socio-economic development, including in the areas of industry and agriculture.

During the visit to this district the Head of State Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the course of construction and activities of a number of industrial enterprises and leading agricultural farms and gave instructions on sharing the newest exemplary experience.

One of the facilities is the great cement-producing enterprise Huaxin Ghayur Cement that will be constructed and commissioned before August 2013 with joint investment of 100 million USD by the Tajik and Chinese businessmen with annual potential of 1 million tons of product. As it was informed, currently 20% of construction works have been completed.
