Congratulatory message to President of Pakistan

On August 14, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has addressed to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari a congratulatory message on the occasion of anniversary of the Independence Day of Pakistan, which reads in part:

“I am glad that the interstate relations and multilevel beneficial cooperation between our countries during the recent two-three years have been developed effectively and have gained constructive aspects.

Tajikistan’s side, as the Pakistan’s side, attaches particular attention to full implementation of achieved bilateral agreements and expresses confidence that due to efforts of both parties the cooperation between the two friendly and neighboring countries in bilateral and multilateral formats – with the view of strengthening peace, stability, mutually advantageous and constructive ties in the region – will be elevated to higher stages of expansion”.
