Tajikistan received humanitarian aid

Dushanbe, August 17. (NIAT "Khovar", P.Mahmadbekova). - From the 36 states and abroad Tajikistan has received 7.6 tons of humanitarian aid worth 40.5 million U.S. dollars.

According to the Statistics Agency under the President of the RT, humanitarian aid includes 329 tons of vegetable oil amounting to 665 thousand dollars, 64.1% received humanitarian assistance accounts for treatment and medicines, as well as at the amount of 1.55 thousand dollars was provided clothing and shoes.

Among donor countries the largest share by value on January-July falls to the U.S. - 59.1%, Russia - 9.9%, Denmark - 9%. (Translated by D.Azizov)
