Artists from the U.S. and Kyrgyzstan gave lectures to young artists of the republic

Open lecture by famous artists from the U.S. and Kyrgyz, Gabriel Reese and Eugene Makshakova was conducted in Cultural Center "Bactria", on September 7.

According to the mentioned center, the lectures held in the framework of the "Art City". From the past and the foundations of the City Art to modern trends, the artists had a tour of the visual modes of expression of the individual and the various communities in the public space. Gabrielle Reece and Eugene Makshakov shared their experiences and presented some of their work.

It should be recalled that the draft City Art designed the Cultural Centre "Bactria" in an effort to convey to the artists and the general public the concept and ideology of contemporary art, particularly street art as a genre, offering every available method of creative expression.
