Majlisi milli will support the constitutional law

9th session of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli fourth convocation (Upper Chamber of Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan is to be held in Dushanbe, in June 14, 2012.

According to Upper Chamber of country’s parliament, the important issues related to country’s economic cultural and social sectors development, in particular Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About amending changes and supplements to Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan” will be considered in this session.

Moreover, it is expected that republic’s Upper Chamber of the parliament members will consider and support the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “About individual calculation in inevitable pension insurance system”, “About transportation security”, “About coal”, as well as the issue to introduce changes and amendments to code of civil procedure and code of economic procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan.
