Migrants’ remittances have been discussed in Dushanbe

Dushanbe, July 10. (NIAT “Khovar”).-

Remittances’ issues of Tajik labor migrants from Russian Federation and establishment of specialized system for remittances were the focus of the meeting of the Head of the Migration Service under the Government of Tajikistan Safiallo Devonaev with the Russian Svyaz-bank’s representatives.

According to the press-service of the Migration Service, S.Devonaev has told about the plans arising from the National Strategy for citizen’s migration of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2011-2015, and touched upon the major outstanding issues of remittances of labor migrants from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan.

In his turn the Executive Director of remittances system Andrey Laikov has proposed to the Migration service’s Head jointly work in sphere of streamlining the remittances of Tajik labor migrants from the Russian Federation by organizing a system of money remittances.

The sides in detail have discussed issues of specialized remittances system and other issues having mutual interest. (Translated by M.Ismatova)
