Law “About prevention of torture in family” will be considered till the end of 2012
Dushanbe, July 20. (NIAT “Khovar”).-
In Tajikistan is developing the draft law “About the prevention of torture in family”, which will be considered till the end of this year. Abdullo Kholiqov, the Deputy Minister of Justice has informed at a press-conference on July 19.
He noted that currently the working group under the chairmanship of Khayrinisso Yusufi consider and discuss these first steps in direction of solution of problems of family’s torture and after conclusion of Deputies’ returning from holidays it will be represented to consideration of Majlisi Namoyandagon.
