19 August 2012 in the course of a training flight has crashed the training aircraft Yak-52 of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan. The accident occurred at the Aini military airfield, located in 6 km west of the capital of Tajikistan. As a result of the crash have been died two pilots Captain Suhrob Boypochoev and Captain Alexei Koshelev.

NIAT "Khovar" has been reported by the Head of the press center of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, F.Mahmadaliev.

According to his words at the present time has been set up a special commission to focus on clarifying the causes of the crash.
