6TH SESSION OF THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL TAJIK-BELARUS COMMISSION TOOK PLACE IN DUSHANBE
Dushanbe, December, 19th. (Pokiza Mahmadbekova, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). — In the ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan next VI session of the Intergovernmental Tadjik-Belarus commission concerning trade and economic cooperation has taken place, on December, 17th. In the course of the session questions of bilateral cooperation and prospect of a direction of cooperation, such, as delivery of production of mechanical engineering, cooperation in agriculture, participation in realization of projects carried out in Tajikistan on investigation and a mining operations, expansion of the commodity nomenclature of export both import operations and other were discussed. The Tajik party on this action was presented by the first deputy minister of economic development and trade of the Republic Larissa Kislyakova, Belarus the first deputy minister of foreign affairs of Belarus Igor Petrishenkov. For 2007 the foreign trade turnover of 2 countries has considerably increased in comparison with 2006, and has made more than 26 million US dollars. Following the results of 10 months of current year the foreign trade turnover has made about 70 million US dollars.
