MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS RT HAS HANDED TO THE NOTE OF PROTEST TO THE RUSSIAN DIPLOMAT

         Dushanbe, December, 15th. (Nargis Boyahmedova, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). — Ministry of Foreign Affairs RT handed a note of protest to the Charge 'Affaires interim in affairs of the Russian Federation to РТ Vyacheslav Svetlichni concerning severe murder of citizen РТ which has occurred on December, 6th near of settlement Zhabkino of the Moscow area. In particular, in the note it is noticed, that the ministry expresses the concern in connection with the accruing tendency of attempt at a life of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan which are temporarily being in territory of the Russian Federation — labor migrants. This tendency of intolerance accepts menacing and severe forms more and more and, as a rule, is expressed in beatings by "skinheads" and other criminal elements of labor migrants, students, is frequent with a deadly outcome.         According to the received data, from the beginning of 2008 in territory of the Russian Federation 615 citizens of Tajikistan were lost, 84 persons are killed by a violent death members of different nationalist groupings, in most cases with application of forms of severe character. The crimes made against citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, should cause anger and indignations, and also negative reaction in Tajikistan when cargo goes to a peace time almost daily from Russia in the country 200». The ministry pays attention of a Russian side to acceptance of the strict measures on struggle against similar crimes in relation to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan.        The Tajik party hopes for eradication of crimes on racial soil as they cause an irreparable damage to friendship of two countries and can cause inadequate reaction from the Tajikistan population.
