THE IMPORTANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GOVERNMENTS OF TAJIKISTAN AND INDIA IS SIGNED

          Dushanbe, December, 18. (Pokiza Mahmadbekova, Shoim Mallaev, the NIAT «Khovar»). — In New Delhi took place signing the Agreement between the Government of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of India «About avoidance of the double taxation and prevention of evasion from payment of taxes to incomes». Tajikistan was presented to India by the deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Jamshed Norinov. As have informed the NIAT «Khovar» in the Ministry of Finance of the Tajikistan J. Norinov has acted with the report before present.           He has noted that Tajikistan after purchase of independence expands and strengthens the relations with foreign countries and the influential regional international organizations. The given position of the Government testifies to adherence of the state to conducting «Politics of the open doors». One of the factors promoting increase by an exchange by the goods, services and results of works between the states is creation of tax legal base.           «We hope, that signing of the given document will serve as an additional impulse to development economic and trade relations between our states», — J. Norinov has noted. The volume of commodity circulation between two countries in 2007 has reached 15, 51 million American dollars and for 9 months 2008 — 38 million US dollars.
