WORKING GROUP WILL WORK WITH NEW BILL
Dushanbe, December, 23rd. (Ludmila Dubinina, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). — A Round table on a theme «Realities of independent estimated activity in RТ and prospects of its development» organized by National association of small and average business of Tajikistan (NAS and AB), was held in Dushanbe. The executive chief of association Michael Petrushkov has informed Khovar News Agency. As he said, the round table was attended by the representatives of banks and business associations insurance and leasing companies, businessmen. Besides, for legal and economic examination of stated offers and participation in discussion of "urgent problems" practising lawyers, experts under the taxation and the international experts on estimated activity from St.-Petersburg have been involved. The report on a condition of independent estimated activity in the republic has been presented attention of participants, and also presentations of operating time of the Russian and international experts in this measures M. Petrushkov has underlined, rather difficult area have taken place. «Despite disagreements on many questions and aspects, during discussion of a situation with independent estimated activity participants have agreed in opinion, that the law in force« About estimated activity in the Republic of Tajikistan »requires change, addition and amendments which can be developed only during sessions of working group on working out of the bill of entering of additions into a law in force», — the chief executive of association has noted. Under the decision of participants, the working group should be created on an equal footing from representatives of bank sector, the insurance and leasing companies, business associations, the international experts in the field of estimated activity and the Tajik companies, planning to be engaged in independent estimated activity in the republic. In summary M. Petrushkov has underlined, that result of the spent round table was the agreement on creation of the working group which structure and the work regulations will be confirmed at the nearest session planned on the beginning of 2009.
