ARTICLE «TAJIK ICG TOOK IN HOSTAGES 50 PASSENGERS OF THE TRAIN MOSCOW-DUSHANBE» IS PROVOCATION
Dushanbe, January, 6th. (Nargis Boyakhmedova, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). on January, 3rd on a site «Centre Asia» has been published an article by All-Russian Social movement «Tajik Labor Migrants» titled «Tajik ICG took in hostages of 50 passengers of a train Moscow-Dushanbe». In the article it is said that the Tajik citizens who wanted to leave Russia to Tajikistan, became hostages in Astrakhan. After the arrival to Astrakhan more than 50 passengers of the train became hostages: they are accused, ostensibly, of infringement of rules of the customs control at border crossing. «After disembarkation from a train, hostages have transferred to employees of linear transport police of Astrakhan who have withdrawn passports and have transferred citizens to representatives of incorporated criminal grouping (ICG) to the Astrakhan area. Further representatives of ICG have sat down hostages in the cars and have brought them in advance prepared for the maintenance of hostages' carriages (settlement Free). Any citizen can leave there from if will pay the repayment in 25 thousand roubles», — it is marked in article. The mentioned situation was informed to the Khovar correspondent by the Head of department of the information on Ministry of Foreign Affairs RT Davlat Nazriev. He has underlined, that is printed — pure provocation. The embassy of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation has spent work on the mentioned fact and it has appeared that the facts have not proved to be true.
