D. NORINOV: «THE UNSTABLE WORLD FINANCIAL SYSTEM HAS CAUSED THE DAMAGE TO DEVELOPING COUNTRIES»

          Dushanbe, January, 8th. (Pokiza Mahmadbekova, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). — A third session of Ministers of Finance and economy of member states of the of Economic Cooperation Organization with the participation of the President of Islamic Republic Iran Mahmud Ahmadi Najot. Tajikistan was represented by the deputy minister of finance RT Jamshed Norinov. In his address D. Norinov has noticed, that the unstable world financial system influencing and on the financial market, and on real sector of economy, has caused a heavy damage to developing countries.           «Other factor of negative influence of crisis, especially in the Republic of Tajikistan and other countries of the Central Asia, reduction of volume of receipts from export as a result of decrease in the world prices for raw materials for aluminium and a clap are basic export production of our country is, on which prices have decreased almost on 50 %», — he has noted. According to the expert, for prevention of influence of consequences of world crisis on real sector of economy of the republic the Government of Tajikistan undertakes concrete measures, including creates new workplaces. D. Norinov also has underlined, that Tajikistan which has the fertile earths and huge water stocks, in the decision of the specified problems can bring the powerful contribution.           At the session by member states ECO questions on a course of creation and functioning of campaign for reinsurance, cooperation in struggle against corruption and money-laundering, world financial crisis and its influence on member countries ECO, cooperation between private sectors of member countries of the Organization, and also cooperation in taxation sphere have been considered.
