EMOMALI RAHMON WAS NOMINATED ON POST OF THE NOC PRESIDENT

            Dushanbe, January, 29th. (Payrav Nazarov, Olga Saprykina, the NIAT "Khovar"). — Session of the Executive committee of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan (NOC RT) will take place on January, 31st. As the NIAT "Khovar" was informed in NOC RT, question of carrying out of report-back election of NOC General Assembly was included in the agenda. According to the president of the Olympic committee of Tajikistan Bahrullo Radjabaliev, bulletins were given to sports federations of the republic for candidates' nomination on the post of the NOC president. On preliminary data, the majority of federations put forward the President of Tajikistan on this post. B. Radzhabaliev informed local mass-media that the head of the state agreed to hold post of the head of Olympic department.            It is necessary to notice that in some countries, in particular, in Belarus, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan Heads of the state are NOC Presidents.
