INSTITUTE OF ASTROPHYSICS OF TAJIKISTAN HAS NO ATTITUDE TO THE PANIC ON JANUARY, 10TH

           Dushanbe, January, 12th. (Lyudmila Dubinina, Shoim Mallaev, the NIAT «Khovar»). — To a panic among the population on the night of January, 10th when creep away hearings about, ostensibly, possible strong earthquake, the institute of astrophysics of the Academy of sciences of Tajikistan has no attitude. About it the NIAT «Khovar» has informed by director of this institute Khursand Ibadinov. As he said, reliable, authentic methods of forecasting of earthquakes for today are not present in a world practice.            «There are many phenomena before the earthquake, specifying on their opportunity, the scientist has noted. There are only some symptoms predicting these natural phenomena: classical radonic, anomalies in electromagnetic radiation of the ground, seismoisolationthe phenomena, anomalies in an atmosphere, and also behavior of animals which live under the ground. Other cases specifying 100 percent dependence while in the world is not present. All it is at a stage of studying, including in our institute».
