STATEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF RT CONCERNING SITUATION IN GAZA STRIP

            Dushanbe, January, 6th. (Nargis Boyakhmedova, Olga Saprykina, the NIAT "Khovar"). — Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan expresses concern over situation in Gaza Strip.             The aggravation of fighting collisions on the territory of Gaza Strip caused deaths of hundreds people and wounds of thousand peace citizens including women and children. Gaza Strip which was blockaded can face humanitarian catastrophe.             Ministry for Foreign Affairs of RT underlines that the problem of Gaza Strip, Arab-Israeli conflict and Near-Eastern crisis as a whole cannot have forceful solution. On this basis Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RT calls all contradictory parties to declare immediately about unconditional cease-fire and to renew process of negotiations.              Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RT, reconfirming its support to intermediary efforts of countries and organizations, directed on peace solution of the Gaza problem, expresses confidence that the will of the world community can exclude non-pacific ways of resolution of contradictions and conflicts.
