«TAJIKISTAN REDUCED MORTALITY RATE COEFFICIENT OF CHILDREN TILL 5 YEARS TO HALF», — UNICEF

          Dushanbe, January, 19th. (NIAT "Khovar", Jasmine Nazarova). — Tajikistan has achieved results on reduction of a mortality rate coefficient of children till 5 years on half, and also infantile death rate with 91 to 57 for the period with 1990 for 2007. Such data were given in the last report of Children's Fund of the United Nations (UNICEF) «Position of children in the world», extended in mass-media. «Reduction of risk of death rate and disease, mothers directly leads to improvement of a children's survival, — representative UNICEF in Tajikistan marks (celebrates) Hongvej Gao. — the Necessary attention rendered to pregnant women and newborns from outside of members of company and a family, availability of qualified employees of public health services and necessary medical conditions directly influence reduction of parent and infantile death in the country».         As the NIAT "Khovar" was informed in Children's Fund of the United Nations, in the least developed countries of the world of the women are exposed to risk in 300 times more than in the developed countries. In connection with pregnancy, they are dying during childbirth or from complications in connection with pregnancy.        At the same time the child who was born in developing country, is exposed almost in 14 times more, to die in the first month of a life, than the child who was born in the developed country. Also it is noticed that it is necessary for rescue of lives of mothers and their newborn children not only medical intervention, but also formation of girls has crucial importance for improvement of health of mothers and newborn children and thus goes for the blessing to a family and a society.
