VISIT OF MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF SINGAPORE TO TAJIKISTAN IS EXPECTED

          Dushanbe, January, 28th. (Nargis Boyakhmedova, Olga Saprykina, the NIAT "Khovar"). — On January, 27th on behalf of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Hamrohon Zarifi the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation A. Dostiev handed over the invitation to the ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to the Russian Federation Simon Tensing de Cruz. As the NIAT "Khovar" was informed in the embassy of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation, the letter is addressed to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore George Yo to visit the Republic of Tajikistan. In course of conversation A. Dostiev told in brief about political, social, economic and scientific-cultural situation in modern Tajikistan.           The ambassador noticed that our countries have much in common that gives the basis to consider with optimism the future prospects of cooperation between Tajikistan and Singapore. The ambassador of Singapore having expressed gratitude for the invitation noticed that it will be immediately sent to destination.
