THE DRAFT LAW OF RT “ABOUT STATE SOCIAL STANDARDS” WAS DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING OF THE MN MO

              Dushanbe. 14 April. (NIAT "Khovar"). — The draft Constitutional Law of RT "On Amendments to the Constitutional Law of RT "On the bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan", bills of RT "On the living wage", "About state social standards", amendments to laws "On holidays", "On Administrative Infringements", "On the protection of public health", "About the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of Tajikistan", as well as changes in the Labor and Penal Codes were discussed at the next meeting of the Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan. According to the Chairperson of the Committee of the Majlisi Oli Gulchehra Bozorova, Abdurahmonov Azimov and deputy chairman of Majlisi namoyandagon Abdulhamid Dzhamolov. They explained the adoption of these laws and their importance in social and economic life of the country. Also at the meeting of the Majlisi Oli discussed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual protection of rights to intellectual activity, used and obtained in the course of bilateral military-technical cooperation.
