FAKE MEDICINES ANNIHILATED
Dushanbe, May 15. (NIAT "Khovar", Kristina Ehrlich). — Nearly five tons of fake and low-quality medicines of general use have been burnt down in special ovens of a Dushanbe plant over the first four months of this year. Annihilated were 4 thousand and 900 kg of officinal preparations with expired terms of consumption and those not conforming to generally-recognized pharmaceutical standards. All procedures were conducted in the presence of officials from the State Service for the Supervision over Pharmaceutical Activities of Tajikistan's Ministry of Health.
