CAN BE A WOMAN THE LEADER?

(Jasmine Nazarova, the NIАТ "Khovar"). — «The woman is the leader» is the title of the seminar which will be held in the Executive Office of the Ismoili Somoni district from December, 25 till December, 26th. The manager of the department of works with women and families of the I. Somoni district Fayzigul Yusupova informed the correspondent of the NIАТ "Khovar" about it             Тhe given seminar is held for the objective to select talented persons, to create good socially economic conditions, securing of rights and warranty of women' equality questions' solution and their participation in the government.Also she tried to answer the question "can be a woman the leader?". "We should not forget that the woman is the mother first of all. And can she perform state affairs and at the same time hold house and bring up children? If you want to be "Woman — leader" you must have oratorical abilities, basic qualities of organizer, good knowledge and to be professional in your sphere", — she told.              The vice-president of the I. Somoni district of RT Z. Zokirova, the manager of the department of works with women and families under the Government of RT U. Norov and M. Shokirova will participate in this seminar.
