FOR TAJIK MIGRANTS PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED

            Dushanbe, December, 23rd. (Jasmine Nazarova, the NIAT "Khovar"). — On December, 23-24 rd, 2008 in Moscow the next session of the Working group with participation of representatives of the corresponding ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation will take place. According to the article 10 "Agreements on employment and protection of citizens' rights of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation and citizens of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan".           Labour migrants of the Republic of Tajikistan should undergo medical examination in joint clinical expert commissions in a residing place, i.e. in the Republic of Tajikistan. The republican clinical expert commission is formed on the basis of the National medical centre, regional joint clinical expert commission under the city centers of health of Khorog, Khujand, Kurgan-Tyube and Kulyab.          The chief of the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RT Safialloh Devonaev, acting chief of the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RT on migration in the Russian Federation S. Hasanov, deputy chief of migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RT S. Usmonova and lawyer of the Ministry of Health of RT R. Mahmudov will take part in the given session.          If this agreement is signed in Moscow physical examination's problems in RТ will be solved for the Tajik migrants.
