IN DUSHANBE EXPERTS ON COMPLETION OF THE CONCEPT OF MIGRATORY POLICY HAVE MET

            Dushanbe, December, 18th. (Mavjuda Davlatzoda, Shoim Mallaev, the NIAT «Khovar»). — In Dushanbe takes place two-day session of expert working group on completion of the Concept of migratory politics of the states-participants of CIS. Experts take part in work of session from Byelorussia, Kirghiz Republic, Russian Federation and Republic of Uzbekistan, Executive committee of the CIS, Republic of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. Participants of session have noted, that the basic purposes of the State migratory politics was overcoming negative consequences of migratory processes, regulation of migratory streams, creation of conditions for unobstructed realization of the rights of migrants, maintenance of balance of the rights and legitimate interests of migrants in territory of the states CIS.           The concept which is considered at session represents system of sights at the basic directions and forms of co-operation in the field of labor migration within the limits of the CIS and defines the purposes, tasks and principles of cooperation. At session it has noted been, that deportation and exclusion of the Tajik labor migrants from the Russian Federation and other states has a direct moral and material consequence. According to experts each deported and turned out migrant carries not only financial losses but also a big physical and psychological loading.           Also it has been told, that recently among experts the idea of carrying out of migratory politics of "amnesty" in the countries of reception of labor migrants is widely discussed. And as they said, probably then there will be a hope that many deported and turned out Tajik labor migrants can return to a host country is concrete to the Russian Federation legally, not resorting to a different sort to shifts, dodges and illegal actions.
