IN DUSHANBE QUESTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE INVESTMENT CLIMATE IN TAJIKISTAN WILL BE CONSIDERED

             Dushanbe, December, 17th. (Lyudmila Dubinina, Olga Saprykina, the NIAT "Khovar"). — The Next session of the Consultative Council (CC) on the investment climate improvement in Tajikistan will take place in Dushanbe on December, 18th. The head of the CC Secretary Sherali Zardov informed the NIAT "Khovar". As he said it is expected that the chairman of the State Committee on investments and management of the state property Farruh Hamraliev, and also representatives of the private sector and the international organizations accredited in Tajikistan will take part in the session work.             Some question of realization of decisions of the first session of the Consultative council, improvement of indicators of international rating of Tajikistan, reform enabling-regulatory system and perfection of the administrative procedures related to realization of the building activity are included in the agenda of this session. The special attention will be paid on the question of realization of the Decree of the President of RТ "About announcement of the moratorium on checks of subjects of small and medium business". As S. Zardov has noted regarding of the given questions, provides revision of the standard legal certificates regulating delivery of permissions to realization of enterprise activity on conformity of criteria of legality and necessity of procedures for development of business.
