THE CAPITAL CAN BE EASY FOR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY

         Dushanbe, December, 31st. (Ludmila Dubinina, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT Khovar). — «This year the meeting of New year will pass more easy, without special noisy effects. Basically it concerns the forbidden pyrotechnic means. Them became less, and delivery in republic was sharply reduced», — the deputy chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of Dushanbe city Nematullo Bilolov has told the Khovar correspondent. As he said, for today it is already withdrawn illegally delivered any piracy crackers and rockets, basically from China, no less than, about 4 million pieces. For the purpose of stirring up in this direction in each area of the capital departments of the executive government have created the special commissions with attraction of the public of the city.         As N. Bilolov, on those malefactors who continue to be engaged in sale of unlawful pyrotechnics has noted, statements are drawn up and transferred in corresponding bodies for application to them of administrative punishments.  Spot-checks will proceed in all New Year's days. Infringers of calmness are expected by administrative punishment in the form of the penalty at the rate to 200 minimum salaries, and for great volume of storage and realization — to 500 minimum salaries or imprisonment till 2 years.
