COMMITTEE ON ES AND CD OF TAJIKISTAN TO BE REORGANIZED TO THE MINISTRY

            Dushanbe, January, 23rd. (Mavdjuda Davlatzoda, Olga Saprykina, the NIAT "Khovar"). — The Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of RT will be probably reorganized to the ministry. It was informed at the final press conference of the given Committee yesterday. According to the chairman of the Committee Haybullo Latipov, reorganization is planned to be in the end of 2012. Also it was noticed that the Committee elaborated new "Development Program of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense System for 2009-2014" which is already confirmed by the Governmental order.             Realization of 2 stages of the given Program defines the basic directions of activity and development of ES and CD system for 2009-2014. According to H. Latipov, within the framework of the given program the question of combining corresponding services, such as a hydrometeorological service, control service over safe conducting mountain works, fire-prevention and others is considered.
