IN 2008 496 THOUSAND NTERNET USERS WERE REGISTERED IN TAJIKISTAN

The minister of transport and communications of RТ Abdurahim Ashur informed about it at the final press conference. He noticed that in 2008 incomes of the State Unitary Enterprise activity "Pochtai Tojik" exceed much more indicators of 2007.          As he said the quantity of post offices increased also. There are already 570 through all republic. "Basically remote rural areas of the republic use mail services where the modern infrastructure of communication just only began to develop", the minister noted. As he said, 495,6 thousand Internet users were registered last year.
