IN PARLIAMENT AMENDMENT BILL OF LAW “ON STATE BORDER OF RТ” WAS DISCUSSED

           Dushanbe, January, 13th. (Marziya Saidova, Olga Saprykina, the NIAT "Khovar"). — Draft Laws of RТ "Amendment Bill of Law "On state border of RT"," Amendment Bill of Criminal code of RТ ","Amendment Bill of Code Criminal Procedure of RТ", "Amendment Bill of Law "On state forecasts, concepts and programs of social and economic development of RТ", Draft Constitutional Law "On Amendment Bill of Constitutional Law "On Constitutional court of RT" have been discussed yesterday at the session of Council of Madjlisi namoyandagon Madjlisi Oli of RT which was held under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the lower chamber of parliament of RT Saydullo Hayrulloev. Chairmen of Committees of Madjlisi namoyandagon of Madjlisi Oli of RT Abdumannon Holikov, Abdurahmon Azimov, Mirzosharif Islomiddinov, Gulchehra Bozorova and Akramsho Felaliev gave commentaries on the given questions. They noticed that the given laws play the important role to increase social standard of living of population and protect rights and interests of citizens of RТ.          Members of Council of Madjlisi namoyandagon of Madjlisi Oli of RT also discussed Agreements between the Government of RT and Government of the Peoples Republic of China "On the international road transportations", "On project of the Forecast of basic directions of monetary and credit policy of RТ for 2009".
