MUMINABAD WILL GAIN ITS OWN HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT

            Dushanbe, February, 24. (Jasmin Nazarova, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). — 5 projects for construction of 1 small hydroelectric power station in Muminabad district was offered to the Government RT. Deputy — chairman of Muminabad area Davlatali Nabiev has informed to the Khovar News Agency. Also he has noticed that construction of a hydroelectric power station is expected in settlements of Alaka, Margak, Sangdara, Okhjar, Langar and Tole Alaka.            It is to be noted that the capacity of the hydroelectric power station will make from 50 to 200 sq/h for construction of one hydroelectric power station it necessary from 20 to 100 thousand US dollars. Building of small hydroelectric power stations will be conducted together with the Ministry of Land Improvement and Water Conservation of RT.             The starting of f small hydroelectric power stations Constructions is expected after project confirmation.
