STRUCTURE OF PROJECT PRS-2 FOR 2010-2012 IS PRESENTED IN DUSHANBE

             Dushanbe, February, 13. (Beknazari Abubakr, Tojiddin Rizvon, the NIAT "Khovar"). — Dushanbe the presentation of structure of the project of new Poverty Reduction Strategy of in Tajikistan for 2010-2012 has taken place. The mentioned project has been presented by the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Tajikistan Abdugaffor Rakhmonov. In the course of his address he has underlined, that objective preconditions of working out PRS-2 is a realization of the purposes of National strategy of development for the period till 2015, maintenance of macroeconomic stability and reduction of level poverty, aspiration to the further market development and achievement of the Purposes of Development of the Millenium. It has been underlined, that as a result of realization PRS-1 for 2007-2008 mid-annual rate of growth of gross national product has made 8 %. For this period the collecting of taxes has improved, and also social expenses of the state have increased.
